I am an author, presenter, Reiki Master Teacher, seminar leader and life coach - I can make dreams a reality and more importantly, you can too.

I have a business degree and a post graduate diploma in counselling. I have trained in neuro linguistic programming (the study of excellence) and stress management, I have run training seminars for over 15 years and co-authored two books.

Experience

I have experience in coaching people to overcome obstacles and transform their lives. I specialise in helping people identify what it is they really want. This is often something that people have most difficulty in doing for themselves. However, goal setting is only the beginning.
