Reiki is
a wonderful healing energy, gentle yet powerful. Once you are connected
to it, it is yours for life, for whenever you need it for yourself or
others, or for any living thing. It has transformed my life. It can transform
yours too.
My workshops at Hedgehogs* in Elmswell, Suffolk, are limited to six students, so everyone has individual attention. I also offer 1-2-1s. 1st level Reiki is sufficient if you want to use it on yourself, friends and family. If you intend to treat professionally, you need at least 2nd level Reiki. 3rd level enables you to work with the Master level of energy; it does not qualify you to attune others.

*Hedgehogs is in the heart of the beautiful Suffolk countryside, yet on the main-line train service from London. Please contact me for further details, list of workshop dates and booking form. Try it free first! Every January, May and September there is a Reiki Afternoon at Hedgehogs. It begins with a talk telling you all about Reiki and how you can learn to do it, then there are free mini-treatments, refreshments and a walk in the Japanese garden. Admission is free.
