The day I completed my First Degree training with Chris in 1996 my life was completely transformed. Up to that point I felt as if I was searching in the dark for something I had lost. When Reiki entered my life the light was switched on. I found what I was looking for and the light has guided me every day. Sometimes we only realise how dark it has become when we switch the light on!

I honour the traditional teaching of the Usui System as a simple but powerful method for helping myself and others to achieve their full potential. It is not simply just another method to heal the physical body. When you learn Reiki you become aware that there is much more to who you are than you ever thought possible. The energy has no limits!

I practise and teach Reiki in Bristol. Classes are usually held in my home and are informal, small and friendly so that all students are guaranteed personal attention and support. I am registered as a Learning Provider for Individual Learning Accounts, a government scheme to help you pay for vocational training.
