Reiki First Degree Course - During the First Degree course you receive four attunements, which greatly increase the energy flow through your system. The background and history of Reiki is covered. You also learn how to give yourself a Reiki treatment and how to treat others. There is in-depth training and plenty of time for practising during the class. You also learn ways to use Reiki for self-development.

Each student is advised to work with the energy for a minimum of at least 3 months to maximise the energetic lift before taking the next step of Second Degree. Ideally working with the energy at this level until you know you are ready to take that next step.

Reiki Second Degree Course - During the Second Degree course you receive two further attunements, which greatly increase the energetic flow. You are shown the distant healing process and its many benefits. This level is about emotional and mental healing. Additionally, the Reiki School's courses impart the dynamism and power of this level and equip you with the understanding you need to incorporate these techniques into your life.

It is recommended you leave a gap of at least six months or more between the Second and the Master Practitioner level, ideally working with the energy until you know you are ready to take the next step.

Master Practitioner (Reiki Third Degree) Course - At this level you receive the powerful master attunement that lifts the system energetically to even greater heights and inner depths. This course introduces the master symbol and shows you how to use it for healing and transformation. You learn many techniques on using the knowledge to help others but primarily this level focuses on self-mastery.

Practise at Second Degree level helps to prepare you for Master Practitioner. The master level energy has a tendency to bring up repressed issues that still need dealing with so it is helpful to get as much practise as you can before taking Master Practitioner.

Reiki Master Teacher Training - This course is for those who wish to teach others to become Reiki Practitioners. It is taught on a one-to-one basis (apprentice style), and involves helping to organise courses and learning to teach groups and help others to benefit from Reiki. This will involve a number of weekends spent attending courses at all levels. You will receive individual coaching on a fortnightly basis and take part in as many workshops as necessary. This may involve a degree of travelling depending on where you live.

Many students organise courses in their own area whilst training so that they can be involved in all aspects of training from the start. This training usually helps you to establish your own healing centre. We are quite happy to offer courses in your area whilst you are training and will pay for advertisements placed in your local newspapers to publicise events.

The practical side of teaching, plus the mentoring process initiates a learning curve which usually takes about 9 to 12 months. For anyone considering such a training, please call us to discuss it further.
